Here you will have contact with the real Amazon Jungle.
Our tours are done on the south of Manaus because the area offers a wonderful forest that can be explored during the tour and in this area we have better chance to spot animals. During this jungle trip you will be exploring a primary forest and the most important, you will be in a non touristic area and in small groups during the tour. On this package you will spend two nigths at the lodge and two nights camping in the forest.

Activities: The activities done on this tour are: Piranha fishing, spear fishing at night, dolphin watching, see the sunrise and the sunset, alligator spotting at night, jungle trekking, see the rubber process, canoeing (canoe ride) in the flooded forest and small channels and two nights camping inthe forest.

Trip Itinerary:
1° day:– 8am, transfer from your hotel to the ceasa port where you will be taking a speed boat to cross the meeting of the water (the junction of the Negro river and the Solimões river) going to the village of Careiro. From this village you will be taking a Van one hour till the river Parana do Mamori, and from there another speed boat to the Juma camp house located on the Juma Lake.
The arrival time is at 11:30am and the lunch is served at 12:30pm.
3pm is the departure time for a canoe trip for watching dolphin, piranha fishing and returning to the Juma camp house after the sunset, around 6:30pm. The dinner will be served at 7pm and at 8pm you leave by canoe with your guide for the alligator spotting.

2° day: – At 5:30am a canoe trip to see the nature in the morning (the sunrise and some species of birds) returning to the Camp house at 6:45 and the breakfast will be served at 7am.
After the breakfast from 8am to 12pm you will do the jungle hiking. During the hiking you will see and learn about some medicinal plants, spiders and will try to spot some monkeys.

In the afternoon at 3pm, you will leave for canoening (canoe ride) in the flooded forest and in the small channels where you will see and learn about the fauna and flora of this fantastic place of the Amazon jungle, great chance to spot monkeys.

3° day: – In the morning after the breakfast from 8am to 11:30am, you will visit the local people (caboclos) to learn and see about their simple and fantastic life in the Amazon jungle. In the afternoon at 3pm, you will leave to spend two nights camping (overnight) in the jungle.

4°, 5º day: – During your staying in the forest, you will learn about the night life in the Amazon jungle, some survival techniques, will also have the chance to do spear fishing at night and will do more trekking and canoeing. On the last day you will return to the Camp house(lodge) around 11am and after the luch at 1:30pm you will start your journey back to Manaus arriving at 4:30pm in the city.
